Level 1 Lobster Studios are family-friendly yet private
The Lobster Studios’ 2 bedrooms and 1 shared ADA bathroom are reached through the courtyard’s outdoor gate on the right of the home. There is an open courtyard furnished with an outdoor couch, dining table, and lounge area which lights up magically at night.
One studio has twin beds (which can also be made into a King bed) and the other comes with a Queen bed; these studios share a large ADA accessible bathroom.
There is full access to the large open courtyard, and plenty of room in the garage for bikes and gear if you plan on bringing things

Lobster Studio Guests
have a large ADA bathroom and shower, accessed by the courtyard shared ONLY with the other bedroom. Each room has its own sink. The bathroom has a sink as well, but you need to step outside to the courtyard to access the bath and toilet.
This is rarely a problem in Santa Barbara as it doesn't rain and the bathroom is 3 feet inside a covered alcove from the studios.
